INTERNATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP

2025 SET REPERTOIRE
3 September 2025 to 29 October 2025
Each entrant may enter a maximum of 3 sections (any combination of Age Championship, Unaccompanied Solo, Creative Presentation, Ensemble Section in Duet/Trio, Ensemble Section in Flute Choir), but they must perform different music for each section.​

All Age Championships must be accompanied by Piano. You may have either a live accompanist or you may use the FREE backing tracks (available for all pieces in book collections) or mp3 tracks are also available here .

The creativity of your presentation will be judged as well as the musical performance and it should reflect some aspect of the piece you are playing. You may wear a costume, use props, or add video effects, but you and your flute must be visible for the whole performance and the audio track must not be edited.

To be performed as a duet, or as a trio, or by a group/flute choir.You may double parts, you may add piccolo, alto, bass flute but you must keep to the parts in the music (you may transpose parts).

CLARINET & SAXOPHONE CHAMPIONSHIP
Open to ALL AGES
CLARINET:
Any ONE piece - unaccompanied solo Clarinet, or duet, or trio OR for Clarinet & Piano from Lyrical Clarinet Legends (must include piano acccompaniment).

ALL SECTIONS: ORIGINAL music must be used and must be visible in your video recording – either show the cover of the book at the start or have the cover visible on the music stand.

There is no entry fee, but EACH ENTRANT IS REQUESTED TO PURCHASE THEIR OWN BOOK FROM WHICH THEIR PERFORMANCE PIECE COMES. If the entrant is using a digital PDF, they are requested to include proof of purchase with their email entry (i.e. one entrant per purchase, unless siblings). NO PHOTOCOPIES ALLOWED except for page turns in longer pieces.

Maximum 3 sections per entrant, either 2 solo sections + 1 ensemble section, or 1 solo section + 2 ensemble sections (one duet/trio, one flute choir) for each entrant (see rules).
