Prizes will be in the form of a voucher to spend at selected music shops worldwide. The prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

 

For all sections of the Championship, the vouchers will be valued at:

• 1st prize $100.00 AUD (Australian dollars)

• 2nd prize $75.00 AUD

• 3rd prize $50.00 AUD

 

ALL entrants will be emailed an individualised Participation Certificate with their name and signed by the judges. They will also receive a brief comment from the judges on their performance.

 

The Rachel Laurin Memorial Award – this award remembers the Canadian composer Rachel Laurin (1961–2023), who wrote three beautiful works for Lyrical Flute Legends. It will be awarded at the discretion of the judges to a performer who shows excellent potential (any age group).

Teacher Awards – awarded at the discretion of the judges to teachers whose students give outstanding performances.

• Value: $25.00 USD voucher to spend on music, lesson plans, games and other resources at the FlutePlay website shop.
