Digital Products
Allegro Music Publishing sells digital sheet music, teaching resources, backing tracks, and related downloadable products, including PDF and MP3 files.
All digital products are supplied electronically. No physical products are shipped from this website.
Please read the product descriptions carefully before completing your purchase. By purchasing a digital product from this website, you agree that the product will be supplied electronically and may be available for immediate access or download.
Delivery of Digital Products
Digital products are delivered after purchase by email with a download link. Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout. The link expires after 30 days, so please download your purchase within this period.
If you do not receive your download link or have trouble accessing your files, please contact Allegro Music Publishing for assistance.
Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds, returns, and exchanges are not available once a PDF, MP3 file, or other digital product has been supplied, except where required by applicable consumer law. This is because digital files cannot be returned in the same way as physical products and remain accessible after delivery.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.
A refund will not be provided because of change of mind, accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, choosing the wrong item, no longer needing the product, or purchasing a product that is not suitable for your needs, once the digital product has been supplied.
If there is a problem with your order, such as receiving the wrong file, being unable to access your download, or receiving a file that is faulty or not as described, please contact Allegro Music Publishing so the issue can be resolved. This may include resending the file, correcting the problem, replacing the product, or providing a refund where required by law.
Copyright
All digital products remain the copyright of Allegro Music Publishing and/or the relevant composer, arranger, or copyright holder.

Allegro Music Publishing PDF and MP3 files may not be altered, edited, adapted, extracted, copied in part, or used for any purpose other than the use permitted at the time of purchase.

Digital files may not be resold, shared publicly, uploaded to file-sharing sites, emailed or distributed to others, or reproduced outside the permitted use.
Use of Digital Products
Purchasing a digital product gives you permission to use the file for your own personal, teaching, or studio use, according to the terms stated on the product page.

Each single purchase of an Allegro Music Publishing digital product is for one purchaser/user only and allows one printed copy for that purchaser’s personal, teaching, or studio use.

Teachers may use their purchased copy in their own teaching but must not distribute copies to students. Students requiring their own copy should purchase the digital product separately.
​
If multiple copies of a digital product are purchased, each purchased copy is limited to one purchaser/user and one printed copy.
